AUXINFO Direct Access

AUXINFO is the read-only access all members have to AUXDATA, the database where members' hours, missions and awards are tallied and archived. Unfortunately, the AUXINFO access (called “Cubes”) can be cumbersome to use. By using the links below, you start off in the cubes, but you are already drilled down to the level of Flotilla 24-12.

Auxiliary Forms

Traditional Forms

Here are links to some of the most commonly used Auxiliary forms. These are fill-in forms in Adobe PDF format which require at least version 5.0.5 of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you can save the filled in forms as well as email them to the FSO-IS for entry into Auxdata.

If you need a form that is not listed above, you can probably find it on the National Forms Archve Site.

Email Forms for Online Submission

These forms are identical in content to our normal forms, with the exception that they allow on-line submission to whomever you like. The software requirements for these forms to work properly are Acrobat Reader 5 and above. Your browser must support Reader opening as a helper application while on-line. When you have finished filling out the form, you can print a copy of the completed form by using the printer icon in the Reader window or the print button at the bottom of the form. Once you click on the "Submit" button, the data will be sent to the address you've specified and an acknowledgement screen will appear confirming what was sent.

Webform 7029 (Online 7029)

This site allows you to enter your 7029 member activity data directly online, either day by day or all at once. With one click, you can transmit your data to the FSO-IS. Say goodbye to paper or PDF 7029 forms forever!

Auxiliary Directory (AuxDirectory)

The eDirectory is a listing of every member in the Auxiliary, with name, unit, offices held, qualifications and email address (if entered in AUXDATA).
